Thank you for your interest in purchasing a firearm. We sincerely appreciate your business, and your approval of this firearm is essential. Please read the following carefully.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, cashiers checks, and money orders.

We also accept Personal Checks; please allow extra time for checks to be processed.

All purchases will be sent to your FFL via United Parcel Service (ground for long guns, three day select for handguns)  If faster service is required (overnight), then it will be done at the purchaser’s expense.

All purchases are shipped fully insured.

We offer an automatic three-day (3) inspection period of this firearm unless this is a layaway purchase or otherwise stated at the time of sale.

If, for any reason, you decide to return this firearm, the following instructions will apply, and your return privileges depend on the strict compliance to this letter.

1. Notify us, by telephone, within the 3-day inspection period. 432-362-8696
2. The firearm must be properly wrapped, packaged, and boxed, as it was when shipped initially from Gun Sport Ltd.
3. Please ship via U.P.S. Ground or three-day select Track, making sure to insure the firearm for the proper amount, i.e., the purchase price of the gun. We must receive the gun within seven business days from the date it was you received it. A restocking fee of 25% will be assessed to a firearm returned past the seven business day period.
4. Upon the return, the firearm must be in the same condition as it was when it left Gun Sport Ltd., or a complete refund will not be issued from our office.
5. You will be refunded the COST OF THE FIREARM ONLY. You will not be refunded for the cost of shipping.
