Colt Single Action Army (SAA) "U.S. Cavalry" marked. Chambered in .45 Colt. This firearm is O.W. Ainsworth inspected. John Kopec wrote the letter of authentication. It was a firearm he had not yet seen from this small window of Colt SAA guns with Ainsworth stamps. Unfortunately, it is too early for a Colt factory letter. It has a 7 1/2" BBL and weighs 37OZ. 1936 Luftwaffe contract Krieghoff P '08 9MM Luger with holster, extra mag and loading tool. Extensive LWaW 1st and 2nd acceptance proofs throughout the gun. It is a 1908 Model with a 4" barrel. The first toggle link is marked with the Krieghoff monogram and there is a "V" rear sight on the last toggle link. The 1936 Dated Kreighoff is said to be produced in the 4400-7500 serial range with a maximum production of 2900 lugers. This scarcity contributes to the rising cost of the Krieghoff over the last 10 years with good examples in prime condition very difficult to find.
